Toni offers 1:1 and group yoga classes. With more than 25 years of dedicated practice, she is passionate about helping clients learn and deepen their yoga experience. Mindfulness, breathwork, and meditation can be included to support body, mind, and spirit. Yoga isn’t only for the naturally flexible — it’s for everyone. She especially enjoys teaching people who have never tried yoga but want to begin, or those returning after a long break.
Guided Meditation
Guided meditation gently leads people through mindful breathing, soothing images, or gentle body scans to bring attention back to the present moment. It aims to lower stress and anxiety by calming the nervous system and promoting relaxation. With regular practice, guided meditation helps improve focus, mood and sleep quality, supports overall mental wellbeing and immune function.

Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing developed by Mikao Usui in the early 1920s, involving the transfer of universal life force energy through a practitioner's hands to promote balance and well-being. Practitioners channel this energy (called "ki" or "qi") to clear blockages in the recipient's energy field, often during non-invasive sessions where hands are placed lightly on or above the body.
