I offer 1:1 and group yoga classes. With more than 25 years of dedicated practice, I am passionate about helping clients learn and deepen their yoga experience. Mindfulness, breathwork, and meditation can be included to support body, mind, and spirit. Yoga isn’t only for the naturally flexible — it’s for everyone. I especially enjoy teaching people who have never tried yoga but want to begin, or those returning after a long break.

Guided Meditation

Through guided meditation, I help people reconnect with the present moment using mindful breathing, calming imagery, and gentle body awareness. This practice soothes the nervous system, easing stress and anxiety while encouraging deep relaxation. Over time, regular sessions enhance focus, uplift mood, improve sleep, and strengthen both emotional balance and overall wellbeing.

Reiki

I offer Reiki energy healing sessions designed to help you unwind, restore balance, and reconnect with your natural state of harmony. Rooted in a gentle Japanese tradition, Reiki channels universal life force energy through the practitioner’s hands—placed lightly on or just above the body—to dissolve energy blockages and promote deep relaxation, inner peace, and overall well-being.

Sound Baths

I am a certified sound healing practitioner dedicated to helping individuals achieve deep relaxation, reduce stress, and restore holistic balance using therapeutic instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks. Through personalized sessions and immersive sound baths, I facilitate profound mind-body healing, drawing on proven vibrational therapies to support emotional well-being and inner harmony
