Using techniques like grounding, breathwork, and tuning into the body’s signals, I help clients regulate their nervous systems and reconnect with a greater sense of balance and ease.
Grief Support & Coaching
Many people carry misconceptions about death and loss. Those misunderstandings can make grieving even more painful and difficult to manage. Grief itself can feel like an ever-present shadow—some days heavy and overwhelming, other days a quiet ache beneath the surface.
As a certified grief educator and coach, I offer a safe, nurturing space where clients can be heard and supported. With empathy and gentle guidance, I help them explore their feelings of loss and move through the natural stages of healing at their own pace.
